NEWS:

Alexander's new cd under the Piano classics label with works of Rachmaninov, Scriabin and Prokofiev has been released!

Upcoming engagements in 2011 include concerts in solo recitals in the De Doelen Rotterdam and in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Concerto performances include concerts with the San Antonio Symphony, Poznan Philharmonic Orchestra, Wroclaw Philharmonic and the State Symphony Orchestra of Russia.

2012 highlights also include performances with the Stuttgarter Philharmoniker, Radio Philharmonic Orchestra (ZaterdagMatinee Series at the Amsterdam Concertgebouw), The Hague Philharmonic, Sydney Symphony, Auckland Philharmonia and Christchurch Symphony, Tasmania Symphony, Polish National Radio Orchestra, Brabants Orchestra, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, a tour of Mexico in April and solo recitals in Taiwan, Poland, USA, as well as solo tours of Australia and Russia.



In May 2013 Alexander will make his debut with the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, playing all concerti of Rachmaninov and the Rhapsody, conducted by Neeme Järvi.


Recently:


Alexander has recently returned from his tour of Japan where he performed seven concerts, including performances with the NHK orchestra and Maestro Ashkenazy. He then continued on to give recitals around Australia before going to the USA to perform at Chautauqua Institution and once again with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl.

May 2011

In light of the recent Japan disaster we were honoured to have Mr. Ouchi and Ms. Inui from Japan Arts join us over the Easter break in Berlin. We are glad to confirm Alexander's tour of Japan in June will be going ahead as originally planned.
Alexander's latest recording of the Chopin concerti has just been released! Recorded with the AUKSO orchestra in the courtyard of the Wawel Castle in Krakow Poland last June, the live recording marks Chopin's anniversary.

NEW INVITATIONS:
*Alexander has been invited to perform the complete Rachmaninov concerti with Neeme Järvi and Orchestre de la Suisse Romande in May 2013! He will also be recording these concerti with Maestro Järvi and the Estonian National Symphony.
*Re invitation for the 2013 Concertgebouw Master Pianist Series in Amsterdam.
*Re invitation from the Svetlanov State Symphony Orchestra (GASO) on 22nd November 2011, Tchaikovsky piano concerto no. 1.
